Wardrobe Types We Install
Alcove Fitted Wardrobes
Built into the recesses either side of a chimney breast. The standard Victorian terrace bedroom layout in Pontcanna, Canton, and Roath. We build each alcove wardrobe to the exact dimensions of the recess.
Full-Wall Fitted Wardrobes
Spans the full width of the bedroom wall. In Cyncoed and Llandaff master bedrooms, typically 3–5m. Works around sockets, radiators, and architectural features.
Sliding Door Wardrobes
The most practical option where door swing conflicts with the bed. Quality sliding track with soft-close mechanisms. Mirror, painted MDF, or timber-veneer door options.
Walk-In Wardrobes
Created from a spare room, part of a larger master bedroom with a stud wall partition, or a section of a loft conversion.
Under-Eaves Wardrobes
Loft conversion rooms have sloping ceilings that leave eaves space unusable. We design wardrobes that occupy the full height of the eaves, significantly increasing storage.

Internal Wardrobe Design: What Goes Inside
The internal layout is as important as the external appearance. Every wardrobe has an interior designed before building begins.

Hanging Rails
Single-height rails for full-length dresses, coats, and suits. Double-height rails for shirts, jackets, and shorter items. Extending rails available for deeper wardrobes.
Shelving and Drawers
Adjustable shelves allow the layout to change over time. Soft-close drawer systems fitted into the base unit. Drawer depths designed to avoid conflicts with door swing.
Shoe Storage
Dedicated shoe shelving or pull-out shoe racks at floor level. The number of shelf positions is determined at the design stage.
